Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is an Canadian actress who is best well-known for her character Deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy show Eureka. Cerra is the daughter of Italian parents living in Vancouver British Columbia. In her early years Cerra was featured in a variety of commercials and became interested in acting. Her acting career was interrupted for some time. However, in 2001 she came back to the scene at just 22 years old. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine named Cerra one of Vancouvers top 5 young actors. Cerra played deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy television series Eureka that aired from 2006 until 2012. A music video featuring Michael Buble's Michael Buble track Save the Last Dance for Me was also released in 2006. Cerra was a regular on television shows that are popular, including Battlestar Galactica, The L Word as well as many more. She's also been in major film productions like Man About Town featuring Ben Affleck alongside Rebecca Romijn or Blade:Trinity which included Wesley Snipes. Cerras's body and face were used as models to make characters like Ashley Williams for the Mass Effect video game series. The actress also appears on Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff and as Dead Like Me. Her credits include Cold Squad (Canadian detective procedural), Special Unit 2 (monster-hunting action show), and The Collector, a supernatural thriller. Cerra married Raffaele Fiore in November 2010.
Khondabi has written that Joey Scribner Howard is her high school crush and is one of the mechanical engineer for the electric utility business. Khondabi claimed she as well as Joey were introduced at Greenwood Christian School and were friends for many years before they began to date as senior in high school. Howard attended Irmo where he graduated Dutch Fork High School. Joey and Khondabi have been close friends for many years prior to their first date. Khondabi is a graduate in Broadcast Journalism at the University of South Carolina and is also a 2007. Emerald High School Graduate. Additionally, she studied entertainment and sports. Joey graduated from USC also. Liam the dog is their sole pet. Khondabi and Joey love food and her most loved food from home is onion rings in the Dixie Drive-In. Khondabi posted, "I'm intrigued. As a child, I would do educational interviews that were broadcast on the school's news show and also anchor the daily school headlines. Oakland Elementary had a news program known as WOAK. Khondabi said that after she graduated from the college and moved to Augusta Georgia, WAGT was her first TV news job. I worked in the news for about six years ago, Khondabi said. In the months following Augusta I became a morning anchor for the morning news in Charleston West Virginia at WOWK and then Columbus Ohio as a traffic anchor and morning news anchor for Columbus Ohio's local ABC as well as FOX affiliates.
