Kim Victoria Cattrall is an American-born actor from Canada born July 21st, 1956. Her most well-known character is Samantha Jones, in the HBO show Sex and the City. Sex and the City earned the actress five Emmy Award nods and received four Golden Globe Award noms. In 2002, she was awarded the Golden Globe Award as Best Supporting actress. She reprised the role in the movies Sex and the City (2008) as well as Sex and the City 2 (2010).
